Electro Pneumatic Positioner

RTX 1000

Compact, rugged pneumatic positioners with precise torque-motor response, split-range capability, low hysteresis and IP66 protection.

Industries served

Oil and Gas ,Power,Process Industries,Paints,Pharmaceuticals,Fertilizer,Chemicals,Thermal Power

Certificates

ATEXCEIECExSIL3

Compact design and rugged construction with vibration resistance up to 4g (3 mm amplitude).
Quick and ultra-precise response of the torque motor.
Split-range control can be adopted by changing internal components; direct/reverse action conversion is supported.
Low hysteresis increases overall efficiency; stable, fast and accurate response is maintained with supply-pressure changes.
High-life diaphragm and zero-maintenance construction; stable spring force with a highly balanced diaphragm.
Multiple orifice sizes are available for different actuator volumes to prevent hunting and control speed.
Wide zero and span adjustment enables easy and precise calibration.
All internal parts are hard anodized; visual position indicators are available on flat and high-dome versions.
Position transmitter and limit switch mounting can be internal or external; no component is exposed to the environment.
IP66 protection.
