Digital display provides upstream and downstream pressure and parameter setting from the actuator interface.
Line-break rate can be set through the menu; minimum and maximum rate-of-pressure-change values are displayed for ELBC setting.
Smooth operation through controlled parameters, with AUTO/MANUAL operation available by rotary switch.
Panel protects critical parts; exposed tubing and fittings are minimized.
Built-in hydraulic hand pump is provided for manual operation; no exposed cables.
Dual pressure transducers provide independent upstream and downstream pressure measurement and delta-P calculation.
Rotary feedback provides valve position percentage on the display and to controls; 4-20 mA feedback is available.
Microswitch feedback can be configured with adjustable cams, up to four switches wired to the junction box.
Various pressure settings are available for shutdown; ELBC can be activated from the rate of pressure drop.
Fail-freeze can be configured for selected events including 24 VDC failure; diagnostics cover valve, actuator, device and external faults.
Remote mount distance up to 50 m; IP67 remote mount unit, IP68 available on request.
Communication options include PROFIBUS DP, Foundation Fieldbus, Modbus RTU, HART/Wireless HART and Ethernet.
